Postage & Delivery

How long will my order take to ship?

We try to despatch your order on the same day you order it, depending on the time of day it is received, even at weekends. We will notify you when we receive your order, notify you when it is shipped and give you any tracking details we have for it.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Our UK couriers work hard to deliver your order in 2 or 3 days. European orders 5-7 days. International orders 5-10 days. Sometimes this may take longer but you will be notified when your order has shipped and you can track your order at every step with your tracking number.

What are your postage rates?

Our postage options for the UK and Worldwide can be viewed here.

I’d like to post my order directly to a friend. Can this be done?

Yes of course. DTF can post your order to anywhere you list as the (postage paid) shipping address.

Order Issues

What if my order doesn’t arrive or is damaged?

Rest assured this is a very rare event. You should email us in the first instance and we will do our best to help. If an order doesn’t arrive we can try to contact the courier on your behalf. Usually the order is simply delayed a little. If an item is damaged then you should send us two clear photos of the damage. If an item is stolen after delivery has been proven you should contact the police. Email us in the first instance and we will determine the best course of action in the circumstances.

Product Care

Are there any care instructions for DTF products?

Our framed prints use fade-resistant inks but it’s always best not to hang any art product right next to windows.

Requests & Personalisation

Can Don’t Tell Fred personalise any products?

Yes, absolutely. Don’t Tell Fred (DTF) can personalise many prints and posters with names, messages or other kinds of personal information. Some of our framed prints are personalised products, such as I Am and Baby Birth Announcement. Please message us your personalisation request and we’ll let you know if it can be done.

Can you put a message inside the order?

Yes, just message us your request and we will put a DTF compliments slip inside your order with your message written on it.

Framing & Wrapping

I can’t choose a frame colour, can you help me?

White frames suit most rooms. Our light grey metallic frame is elegant and our black frame suits stronger coloured rooms. Our product picture selection shows all the frame colours available for that listing and should help you select the right frame colour.

Do you offer a framing service?

Not at this time.

I’d like to order a print but I’d like it on canvas and a smaller size? Can you do bespoke orders like this for your products?

Email us your request for anything you don’t see on our site and we’ll do our best for you.

Do you offer a gift wrapping and packaging service?

At this time we do not provide a gift wrapping service.

Gift Certificates

Does DTF offer gift certificates?

Yes we do, they are available in any amount you’d like to gift. They are emailed to you as a digital resource for you to forward as an e-gift and you can also download them for home printing if you want to gift a physical copy. Your recipient can easily add their gift certificate when ordering.
